This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
When you start or complete a puzzle, the app sends a single anonymous event to our server. This event contains no personally identifiable information — no name, no account, no device identifier, no location data. We use the originating IP address solely to determine country of origin, and the IP address is immediately discarded and never stored. This aggregate data helps us understand how the app is used and improve future features.
CrossWeave offers optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:
All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Purchase receipts are managed locally on your device and verified directly with Apple. Restore Purchases relies on Apple's account system and does not require any account with us.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and your passcode/biometric locks.
CrossWeave is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
