Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CrossWeave mobile application ("App") operated by CrossWeave ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using CrossWeave, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CrossWeave is a two-phase word puzzle game in which users solve word clues and then assemble the resulting words into a crossword grid. The App offers four difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert), a hint system, and optional in-app purchases. CrossWeave imposes a rolling 3-puzzle-per-24-hours play limit on the standard experience, which can be lifted with the Unlimited Puzzles in-app purchase.
The App offers the following in-app purchases via Apple's App Store:
All purchases are processed and managed by Apple via the App Store. Refund and billing inquiries should be directed to Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
You agree to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to its puzzle generation system, word lists, clues, gameplay mechanics, and visual design — are owned by CrossWeave and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App uses Apple's StoreKit 2 (for in-app purchases) and Apple's App Attest service (to verify app integrity for anonymous usage events). Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
